GROVETOWN, Ga. (WJBF) – Grovetown Mayor Gary Jones isn’t happy about a special-called council meeting scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
In a Facebook post, Mayor Jones urges all citizens of Grovetown to attend a 3 p.m. meeting at City Hall. The meeting, according to Jones, was called by Councilman Dennis Trudeau without his knowledge. Jones believes the meeting was scheduled for 3 p.m. to “prevent the working citizens from attending.”
