As the trees have been taken down, speculation has grown over what will fill the land in Columbia County.

While it’s a sign of economic growth for the area, people who live nearby are concerned it may impede upon their property and privacy.

The old woods are gone, making way for Columbia County’s new cash crop. It’s a sign of growth that is not slowing down.

Columbia County is still the 45th fastest growing county in the country, which is phenomenal, and a great opportunity.

With that is going to come more residential growth, more business growth, and more retail growth.

Neighbors living in areas surrounding the developments are excited about the growth.
