An Evans mother has reportedly lost custody of her 5 children and is facing charges of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.

Rachel Lynn Lehnardt, 35, of Whitney Pass in Evans, Georgia is facing 2 counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor after an incident in her home involving minors, according to a Columbia County Sheriff’s Office incident report.

Another woman, who has reportedly been sober for 4 years and attends Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), told deputies she had recently been “appointed to be a sponsor for Ms. Lehnardt who was new to her group”.

The woman reportedly met with Lehnardt over coffee last Friday to talk about her plans for for sobriety and Lehnardt reportedly told her she had been sober for 4 days since losing custody of her kids on Monday, April 6th.

According to the incident report, Lehnardt told the woman her children were ages 4, 6, 8, 10, and 16.

Lehnardt reportedly continued to tell the woman the children were taken away from her after an emergency hearing on April 6th “due to an incident that occurred at her house and she may be facing charges of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor”.

Lehnardt reportedly told the woman that the kids were with their father one night when her 16-year-old daughter texted her and asked if her and some friends could come over “to party”. Lehnardt reportedly replied “come on, let’ s party”.

The woman also said Lehnardt stated she allowed her 16-year-old daughter and her friends to smoke marijuana and drink her alcohol in her home. She then reportedly said that the group of minors and her played “naked Twister” in the living room and that Lehnardt had sex with an 18-year-old in the bathroom while the others continued to play Twister.

The group then reportedly got into Lehnardt’s hot tub where “the party continued”.

Lehnardt also reportedly told the woman she had sex with a 16-year-old, as well.

The woman also said Lehnardt told her she has shared photos of her and her current boyfriend having sex with her 16-year-old daughter and other pornographic material.

The woman also told deputies that Lehnardt has “stated in the [AA] group that she is a sexual deviant and addicted to pornography”.
